Carrousel Events provides luxury boutique event design and planning services, including but not limited to:

• Wedding planning and design
• Private event coordination
• Venue sourcing and management
• Creative concept development
• Vendor coordination

Service Agreements

All services are provided subject to a separate service agreement that will be signed by both parties before work commences. The service agreement will detail:

• Scope of services
• Payment terms and schedules
• Cancellation and refund policies
• Responsibilities of both parties
• Timeline and deliverables

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and concepts, is the intellectual property of Carrousel Events and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and timely responses
• Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Reviewing and approving proposals within specified timeframes
• Coordinating with guests and other parties as needed
• Respecting vendor relationships and contracts

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all aspects of our service, Carrousel Events shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to vendor failures, venue issues, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and event details. We will not share or publish any information about your event without your explicit written consent.

Photography and Media

With your permission, we may photograph events for portfolio and marketing purposes. You retain the right to approve which images are used publicly. All photography credit will be appropriately attributed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in the courts of Switzerland.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
