Born in Provence, Morgane brings a rare global perspective to luxury event design. Educated in France, Ireland, Germany, South Korea, and the United States, she developed an early sensitivity to culture, aesthetics, and the art of meaningful celebration.

Over the past 17 years, Morgane has built a career at the highest level of the luxury events world, working for luxurious brands such as BMW, Richemont, Jaeger-Lecoultre and collaborating with discerning clients who expect nothing less than excellence. Her experience spans private celebrations, destination weddings, polo tournaments, endurance racing events, and high profile gatherings across Europe and beyond.

After years in London's most prestigious event spaces—where she refined her eye for understated elegance and mastered the orchestration of complex, high stakes experiences—Morgane founded Carrousel to offer something different: a truly bespoke, human centered approach to luxury event design.

Now based in France, she works with a carefully curated network of artisans, designers, and specialists across Europe, each chosen for shared values and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
